Biographie
Cristina Gualmini est née à Bologne (Italie).
Elle a commencé à étudier la photographie en 1990 grâce à sa grande passion pour les arts visuels. Elle a suivi de nombreux cours de spécialisation (portrait, mode, nu, mariage, développement et impression en noir et blanc) à Bologne, Milan et Brescia....

Elle a commencé à étudier la photographie en 1990 grâce à sa grande passion pour les arts visuels. Elle a suivi de nombreux cours de spécialisation (portrait, mode, nu, mariage, développement et impression en noir et blanc) à Bologne, Milan et Brescia. Entre 1993 et 1995, elle a acquis une expérience professionnelle en travaillant comme assistante. Ensuite, elle a dirigé le studio de photographie et la galerie photo "Mascarella" à Bologne.
Entre 1994 et 2020, elle a organisé de nombreuses expositions personnelles et collectives en Italie, en Europe et en ligne.
Finaliste du SIPA Siena International Photography Awards 2019.
6e place au concours et à l'exposition d'art " OPEN " (catégorie numérique et photographie) - Galerie d'art en ligne LIGHT SPACE & TIME (Californie, États-Unis), septembre 2019.
Elle a vécu de 2016 à 2019 en Asie du Sud-Est. Expérience qui a enrichi sa vision de la Nature, thème principal de ses photos vues sous de nombreux aspects, et sur la relation que l'humanité entretient avec elle.
