Mizuma Art Gallery Mizuma Art Gallery, established in Tokyo in 1994 by Sueo Mizuma, has been introducing artists from Japan and its surrounding areas on a global stage with a unique perspective that is not bound by trends. In order to introduce artists from a more global perspective, the gallery opened a space in Singapore in 2012, and also has spaces in Indonesia and New York, and is actively participating in Art Basel and international trade shows.

During her visit to Turkey, she was confronted with the miniature decorations unique to the Middle East, and incorporated them into the update of her work. Paintings and ink drawings with attention to detail. By introducing a multilayered structure into the picture plane, her paintings are a mixture of fine decorations and strokes, rich colors and monochrome, and ambivalent elements of West and East. In this exhibition, in addition to new oil paintings, highly improvisational drawings will also be exhibited, giving them a three-dimensional presence.
