Return by Customer

1. You (“the Customer”) may return the product in any case wherein all of the following conditions are met.

Within 14 days of arrival, the Customer has notified Customer Support via the Return Application, that you wish to return the product.

The product is deemed to not have been damaged by the Customer by neither intentional nor negligent act. Should the returned product be found to be damaged by the Company upon receipt, if it is clear the damage was caused due to intentional or negligent act by the carrier, return of the product will be accepted.

All of the original packaging is kept, and the product is returned using this material; or, the product is returned using packaging material of equivalent quality and strength as that of what was used when the product was sent by the Company.

All documents and other items originally packaged with the product are present.

It has been confirmed that the Customer returned the product to the Company within 30 days since its initial arrival to the Customer.

2. After applying for the return of the product, the Customer shall follow all return procedures as dictated by Customer Support.

3. The Company shall check the returned product and return procedures conducted by the Customer. If, as a result, the return is unable to be accepted due to reasons such as the conditions outlined in Paragraph 1 not being met, the Customer will be notified promptly as such as well as the specific reason for denial of return. The Company will also send the product back to the Customer at the delivery address specified during the initial purchase. The Customer will bear responsibility for the associated costs under this circumstance (cash on delivery).

4. Even should you return the product in accordance with this Return Policy, the Customer shall bear the costs for the necessary postage to deliver the product from you to the Company. Additionally, initial costs for delivery of the product which the Company has received from you are an expense for the Customer to bear, and the Company will not reimburse you for those costs. However, in cases such as where an order was canceled before the product has been shipped, or the product was never actually shipped out by the Company, the associated costs paid prior shall be refunded in a method prescribed by the Company, regardless of whether those costs have already been processed.

5. Upon fulfillment of the conditions for return as outlined in Paragraph 1, the Company shall contact you regarding the refund of the product payment, etc., and shall issue the refund in a method prescribed by the Company. No interest shall be charged on the refund of the returned product. Should the Customer fail to provide bank account details by the set date specified by the Company, or the refund issuance be delayed due to the fault of the Customer, the Company shall not bear responsibility for any delay fees or other costs.
