Framing depends on each artwork. Please check the artwork ”Detail” to see if it says ”Framed” or not.

Of course, we offer you a framing option. If you are interested in framing the artwork, don't hesitate to contact us here.

When the artwork detail says ”Framed,” the frame is already included in the price shown on the website. When the work is unframed, customers pay the framing cost accordingly to their requests. If you are interested in framing the artwork, please contact us here.

Yes, all of our artworks come with blockchain certification of authenticity.

You can use major credit cards (excluding JCB), PayPal, amazon pay, ApplePay, GooglePay. We also accept bank transfers if you are in Japan.

We only accept bank transfer from the customer based in Japan. We do not typically accept bank transfers from customers outside of Japan. However, if your purchase exceeds your credit card limit, please let us know. We can work with you to solve this issue.

Air cargo insurance is available for purchases of 100,000 yen or more (ICC Air). This insurance covers a variety of risks, including loss of cargo, damage during international ocean, air and land transportation. The insurance does not cover purchases of 100,000 yen or less.

We offer promotional discounts only in limited time or occasions; for example, you will receive one when you participate in our customer interviews. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you are interested.

We use delivery companies such as DHL and FedEx. We may use other companies as well, depending on the destination. To find out more information about shipping and delivery, please read our Terms of Service.
Terms of Service

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the our company.

Whatever country you are in, we will deliver it to you. We ship worldwide, including Asia, North & Central America, Europe, Middle East, Oceania, and others.

We have detailed guidelines for carefully packaging the products. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for more information on packaging details.

You may cancel your purchase only within 14 days after confirming that the artwork has been delivered for you. However, this rule does not apply if there is a promotional campaign related to the cancellation.

Return Policy

Please contact us with detailed information, and we can help resolve the issue.

In most cases, there will be NO charge for return shipping. However, if there is damage to the art piece(s) caused by the buyer, the buyer must cover shipping costs.

We will start the refund process after we have received the returned item(s). Refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original purchase.

The delivery date may be different depending on the location of the artist. If all of the artworks are by the same artist, they may be delivered at the same time.
