Nadezda Syachina wurde in Russland in der Stadt Vyksa geboren. Sie ist Mitglied der Union russischer Künstler, der Internationalen Vereinigung von Designern VATIKAM und der Union der Aquarellisten Russlands.
Im Jahr 2011 schloss sie ihr Studium am Allrussischen Staatlichen Institut für Kinematographie nach S. A. Gerasimow (VGIK) mit einem Diplom in Animation ab. Die Bilder der Künstlerin befinden sich in Sammlungen verschiedener Länder - Russland, China, Deutschland, Spanien, Italien, USA, Estland und Ukraine.
