One of a set of four paintings depicting Snoopy. The work is part of the Peanuts Global Artists Collective initiative, in which Peanuts characters are brought to life in new ways, produced and numbered by The Skateroom and printed with the artist's signature in a limited edition of 100 copies. Abney, 36, cites her childhood love of the "Peanuts" TV show, especially "Ganbare Snoopy," as one of the reasons for her involvement in the Peanuts Global Artists Collective project. She sees this project as an opportunity to reinterpret "Peanuts" from her own creative perspective.
