    Description

    I thought it would be interesting if there was a contradiction in the idea that the cushioning material used to protect things is actually hard. The main motif is a dog, which I have loved since I was a child. This time, I arranged it using the cushioning material that I always use for packing. I used cushioning material, which is used to protect things, and I made the cushioning material hard so that it would become a piece of artwork. Since there are many balloon dog works, this work was derived from the image of protecting a fragile being (dog) whose life span is shorter than a human's. The most interesting thing about this work is that it is a sculpture of a dog wearing a cushioning material. I think the most interesting part of this work is the moment when the PETITPUCHI comes out wrapped in PETITPUCHI and is opened from the real cushioning material.

    I like to create works that make people think "cute, interesting, and mysterious" when they see them. Also, no matter what color I use, I am particular about detail.
