This is a multifaceted photographic sculpture work based on an image of a coelacanth, which was sculpted using paper craft technology.
It is a larger version of the coelacanth we previously produced, with a total length of 40 cm. The resolution of the parts has been considerably increased to accommodate the larger size. Particularly, the details (eyeballs, fins, etc.) have been finished in fine detail.
The original expression of the coelacanth is superimposed with colorful coloring patterns.
Despite the pop coloring, the large size of the body gives the piece a strong impact.
