The sculptural composition depicts a young Fairy, resting among the fragrant flowers. She nestles comfortably on her wings, cocooned in the feeling of safety and peace. Her attention is attracted by an unusual flower, and as she leans in to touch it, she is surprised by a sudden motion. The Fairy pulls back her hand and sees a Moth sitting on the flower. She realizes that it was the presence of this delicate and beautiful Moth that gave the flower it’s unusual and mysterious look. The Moth, wondering how he went unnoticed but feeling no danger, affably spreads his wings.
With this composition, I wanted to show that there are random and unexpected events in life that make it beautiful. I invite you to cherish these events as your innermost treasures.
