When you walk through the natural environment left behind in the Yatsugatake Mountains, you feel "living nature" and "natural time," which are different from those of human society. The wild was close to and far away from people, gentle and terrifying, without backs and fronts, just continuing to live nature as it is. Nature gives me a sense of expansion. Also, Yatsugatake is a place where the Jomon culture flourished, and many clay figurines have been excavated. Clay figures are primitive, magical, and charming. The three-dimensional objects created by our ancestors 10,000 years ago are very creative and give us a sense of time long past. The hands, feet, and ankles are made separately according to the traditional method of making teddy bears, but for convenience of display, only the neck is movable with the hands and feet fixed. The interior is made of cloth and cotton, and the surface is made of clay. Real tree branches are also used. (This is the artist's original production method, which won the Grand Prix at the Japan Teddy Bear Association's contest.) Unlike ordinary stuffed animals, this product is not suitable for touching. The surface is specially processed and natural materials such as branches are incorporated into the work, so please handle with care to avoid damage. *Signature is on the sole of the foot *Cannot be displayed outdoors, photo is an image only.
