Caution...High temperature and humidity may cause deformation. I use small vases (about 4 cm in diameter) as canvases for my works, using flowers, fruits, cameras, Tokyo Tower, and various other things as motifs. This time, I put together 50 pieces. I started making pots and bowls using "oven clay," which can be fired at home, after learning to make ceramics on a mini-rokuro (a small potter's wheel). I wanted to create a "slippery texture" like ceramics! I started attaching spikes and petals to the pots that I made through trial and error, and that is how I started making my current works. I started to think "I want to use this as a motif! I enjoy creating my works with "excitement" and "thrill" every day.
