This sculpture is part of aseries of works "Holidays. Impressions", where I depicted my impressions and perceptionsof different holidays, I reproduce it with the help of colors and differentshapes.
The sculpture depicts the Easter atmosphere, the atmosphere of spring, when everything begins to emerge, to blossom. For me, Easter is a very important holiday, and I adore this time, so I created a sculpture that conveys the joyful spring atmosphere. On this day we remember the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, and we thank God for salvation. From the recycled paper, I made Easter eggs which consist of two parts of different colors, and from a slime I did lines of different color and thickness, they reproduce spring joyful atmosphere, stretch upwards, intertwine, it causes me associations when we all meet with our families in a warm spring day and together celebrate Easter, the Resurrection of Christ.
