Dragon's eyes, this is one of the species of coral Zoanthid, these corals are characterized by very bright green and pink fluorescent colors. Zoantides can contain the deadly poison palitoxin, so they should not be touched. Corals are located in coral reefs around the world. These polyps are found mainly on the islands of the Indian and Pacific Oceans, including Fiji, Tonga, the Solomon Islands, and the Great Barrier Reef. It is incredible that such unusual inhabitants live underwater. In the sculpture, I recreated a part of the coral reef of the Zoantiids, I imagined myself swimming underwater and swimming past these indescribably interesting corals and being as if in another world.
Please note: the colors of the sculpture in the photos are different with day and night light.
