Coral reef at low tide on the Red Sea in Sharm el Sheikh. My first visit to Egypt was best remembered by the sea and its inconsistency, daily tides. The sculpture depicts a coral reef when it is slightly covered with water, shells, graphite sea urchins, volcano-like corals, and small green crustaceans that can be seen from under the water.
Materials: acrylic, artistic slime paint, pressed paper on a stretched canvas.
