A series of collage works created based on multiple photographs. Women posing haphazardly, letters that have lost their function as words and become a skeleton, a city fading away with the passage of time, their outlines, shapes, colors, details, and attempts to reconstitute several unrelated elements into a single format are my own creation of new value. The fusion of digital data, uncontrollable coincidence, mixing, blurring, melting, experimental play. Influenced by Surrealism, Abstract, De Stijl, and other currents that emphasize color, composition, and contingency, I am motivated to create works by my knowledge of the impact on people of the visual inclusions of color and form. This series, titled "nonsense," was initiated with the idea that by combining and reconfiguring unrelated things, meaning can be given to them, and that their colors and shapes can better influence people. An expression of sensibility, not words, not reason.
