"I am Alive" is a series of photos dedicated to my country Ukraine. The phrase "I am alive" implies that Ukraine is a feminine word, and she is alive. She is strong and fighting for her freedom and independency and there is still life! The exhibition includes photos from different years, made in different styles and directions. There are classic nudes, collages, landscapes and abstracts. In consequence of mixing of different styles, the basic plan in some works is generalized and there is no specification in details. Many of the photos are experimental, it's my desire to find my own style of photography, which helps me to convey my feelings and reflections about what is happening and life in general most clearly, accurately and deeply. Through the diversity of my work I want to show what I and my country are feeling right now: Pain, Bitterness, Faith and Hope.»
