"Be Bold! You are beautiful!" is a macro photo of a moss sporophyte with raindrops strung on it like beads, captured in the forest of Sweden. Tiny, but strong! Rarely noticed but worth seeing, it is known for its beauty and meaning for the ecosystem. It is all about moss and the undersized northern nature to which this work is dedicated.
There is also some more personal story behind this photo, as it was taken at a very special moment for me! It was the moment when I was first accepted as a newborn artist into the online gallery. I just received the email and was jumping and dancing happily! And suddenly the clouds in the grey November sky moved and let the beautiful setting sun show out. Of course, I ran out, of course with the camera, and found this tiny beauty in its wonderful clothes from the maestro Rain! And in the rays of the soft evening sun, with the little sparkling rainbows around, it looked especially good. It seemed to me that this moss was so bold and brave to be outstanding and to show its beauty to the world. It reflected the peak of emotions that I had! And it seemed to me that the Universe told me, "Be bold! You are beautiful!"
