Story:
While visiting Montréal, we arrived late in the afternoon, so before sunset, we went to the Grande Roue, which is a must-visit place.
I had a conference call that took longer than expected, so I decided to walk around with my camera in hand which talking on the phone. I usually take a tripod, but I had left it behind.
As the conversation dragged on, I took many images of the reflections on the dock’s water. The light was perfect because it was cloudy.
I found a duck eating by the side, where autumn's colorful leaves were floating, contrasting with the oily, tarnished water. The original image was horizontal, but I decided to crop it into a square format.
