Story:
There is a park close to Santiago Parque Nacional Río Clarillo, where we used to go with the children during a weekend. These images are related to year 1992 in 2 different occasions. One of them I was crossing the river bare foot, while stepping a slippery rock full of moss, I lost my balance, and dropping my camera case and tripod, which went down to the bottom, about one meter. The water was clear so I could see where they went, however it was extremely cold. Fortunately, the case complied with its specifications, and all my equipment was kept dry and safe.
These are two images of the details that the river created and that I have re-developed.

Concept

I am a passionate photographer, blessed with curious eyes that are constantly amazed by the forms and designs produced by water, and the combination of its temperature and light. No matter how many pictures I take of the same shot, every time I witness a very different expression.

My camera and I have been traveling around the world since 1977, registering its shapes and essence, which I have been sharing through large prints, as an homage to its abundance, fragility and essential existence; trying to convey the feeling I had at the time of the capture, most of the time in color and sometimes in monochrome.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
