Story:
This image is particular to me. Five years earlier I came to the same place, I was preparing image for the book “Del Agua” with Chilean poet Gonzalo Rojas. The deluxe version of it was the presidential gift to visiting presidents to the Cumbre Iberoamericana.
12 rolls of film came out blank, the camera had a fault and never opened the shutter, which I did not know until film came out of the lab, fortunately I made back images with a small digital camera.
In this opportunity I went to the same place where the “Renegado” river commits suicide with a beautiful waterfall joining the “Dinguillin” river. I am not sure if the lab or the film were faulty, but all came out with a very intense blue. This image was converted to B&W which is the only one that I was able to retake.
