Story:
The Explora Hotel is considered one of the most luxurious hotels in the park. It is built with a vantage view of the Torres del Paine horns, as well as the Salto Chico waterfall. Wanted to see the waterfall, so we had to park outside of the hotel area and walk towards the waterfall. Had wooden trails, but most of the wood was rotten, you could see broken ones that someone had stepped on.
The waterfall is not big and has the annoying view of the powerhouse that uses the energy of the waterflow.
This is a detail of the waterfall that I liked.

I am a passionate photographer, blessed with curious eyes that are constantly amazed by the forms and designs produced by water, and the combination of its temperature and light. No matter how many pictures I take of the same shot, every time I witness a very different expression.

My camera and I have been traveling around the world since 1977, registering its shapes and essence, which I have been sharing through large prints, as an homage to its abundance, fragility and essential existence; trying to convey the feeling I had at the time of the capture, most of the time in color and sometimes in monochrome.
