BLACK HANDS
The Black Hands series is an idea that has insinuated itself strongly into me, growing more and more, at first in a dream, then with scattered images often confused and sudden that overlapped in my mind and that accompanied me insistently until I decided to give it a shape. Following thoughtful meditations, I turned these intuitions into photography, as if the image were the captured instant of a continuous sequence.
Each photo was born in a different way and contains a different meaning although my artistic conception is far from making my works immediate and easy to read.
The subject is so much to be possessed by these black hands, as much as other times it seems that the subject is able to get rid of them, these images are deliberately left to numerous interpretations, they can represent what everyone wants.
All the works are printed on white metal, so there is a very interesting light effect, the little white that remains is pure, the rest of the plate is pure.
