During my last trip to the Maldives, I was fascinated by these old and big trees and above all by their roots. I saw myself in these roots, the bond that binds me to my origins, to my principles which are the foundation of who I am and how I am.
The roots in the sand represent the deepest connections that are born within each of us as in plants. Those principles that we carry within us on our life path and that nourish our purest being. The tree changes the leaves, we change the ideas, opinions or simply the point of view but we both keep the roots.
