This artwork is the result of nearly two months of full-time dedication, composed of over 25,000 individually hand-cut and glued pieces of recycled paper. Up close, the observer can discover a rich tapestry of hundreds of phrases and figures intricately tied to the central theme, each one inviting deeper reflection.
I am deeply connected to the materials I use. Every piece of paper comes from magazines destined for landfills, and by repurposing them, I breathe new life into what was once discarded. This commitment to recycling is a core part of my artistic identity, and it's reflected in the backgrounds I create—complex layers of images and quotes that resonate with the subject, adding depth and meaning.
My technique is a product of years of searching for my artistic voice, continuously evolving and striving for excellence. I am meticulous about the process: each piece of paper is hand-cut, sometimes using up to 10 pieces within a single square centimeter to achieve the desired detail and texture. This level of precision allows me to transform ordinary materials into something truly extraordinary.
Dedicated to those who inspire me, my work celebrates individuals who overcome adversity, proving that going the extra mile turns the ordinary into the extraordinary
