Description

The original paper cut art used for the cover of the novel Kirigakure Kumogakure written by Masahiro Mita. The fine technique on the castle and capturing the expression of Yukimura Sanada and others completely. Yukimura Sanada is a Japanese samurai warrior of the Sengoku period. He was especially known as the leading general on the defending side of the Siege of Osaka.Yukimura was called A Hero who may appear once in a hundred years, Crimson Demon of War and The Last Sengoku Hero. The famed veteran of the invasion of Korea, Shimazu Tadatsune, called him the Number one warrior in Japan. Hyakkimaru is one of the top artist of paper cut. His art works are used for many covers of novels. Private exhibitions in New York (2019) , Barcelona (2009) and of course Japan. The name, same as a character of Osamu Tezuka (God father of Anime) is given by him officially.

Hyakkimaru is an artist who specializes in cutaway art. He occasionally does live cutaway performances in which he takes requests from audience members. As an artist, he focuses on entertaining his viewers and eliciting some sort of reaction whether it’s happy or sad. The unique characteristics of his art are the expressions, movement, and sharpness of the lines. He looks to create unique art in which only he can create.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
