We go to Burgas quite often, and we know the Seaside Park and its beach well. I decided to make a light sketch of the beach in Burgas. The bright sun from the very morning poured its heat all around, people went to the beach, and I needed to find a place where vacationers would not bother me with their curiosity.
Therefore, I chose a completely deserted part, overgrown with grass and bushes, which vacationers avoided. In the very center of this area, there was a small hillock, from where the view was better. I stood under the scorching rays of the sun, sweating, pouring water on the sheet to somehow use the advantages of watercolor. The sun was shining right in my face. In short, the conditions were not the most comfortable. The whole picture was almost monochromatic because of the sun beating in my face. The sky seemed completely faded, the grass barely differed in color from the sand. Only bright umbrellas peeked out slightly from behind the hill.
But I finished the sheet to the end and went swimming.
