The previous work, "lost continent flower," was the previous version of this work. In the previous work, the people who lived in the sunken and lost continent of Zealandia, located at the bottom of the ocean in and around New Zealand, about 1 billion years ago, made wall paintings of flowers that they treasured. The artist attempted to represent the flora and fauna of this period in the modern world by assuming that they were the currency of the time.
The motif of this work is "the original landscape of Zealandia," which was deconstructed and reconstructed after sketching the contemporary landscape.
