In the 19th century, the carousel turned into quiet entertainment. You can sit on a toy horse without training and it is no longer a task to hit the target. In English, this attraction was called merry-go-round. Its purpose is to create a good mood. That's why I go to any amusement park to look for a carousel. I feel the childlike joy or excitement of trying the unknown in the space near the attraction. I created this painting under the impression of digitalization, which affects different areas of life: recreation, study, work, etc. Capture a video to watch later, take a photo to commemorate an emotion/event, or something else. What wasn't digitized was labeled "didn't happen."
NOT: The artwork is on 100 % cotton archival quality 300 g/ m² watercolour paper, using the world`s finest watercolour paints.
