This is an artwork from the series "Shapes". It refers to the shape of a circle, while the circle is seen not only as a geometric shape but as a shape in transformation. This is a transition from a simple static shape to geometric dynamics. On the one hand, it is a reference to such natural forms as the sun, gaze, eye, circles on the water, etc., on the other, it is a filling the circle itself with other forms, geometric and architectural, creating an infinite number of «shapes inside the shape». The artwork is characterized by small details and thoroughness. All my artworks are made without any preliminary sketching. The variability of painting details, colour choices, and themes is «not planned». My painting process is consciously made «unconscious», without reference to the classical painting canons, standards of colours schedule or composition. The artworks from this series, on the one hand, are similar by their shapes, on the other hand, they differ in their content, demonstrating the numerous, almost endless variability of shapes and colour tones, leaving everyone free to see something new inside the usual shapes.
N.B. The artwork is in very good condition, along the edge there are some holes left from the pins.
