In my watercolor series, I explore the connection between humans and their surroundings through the fragility of internal states. I create images in which figures dissolve into the surrounding space, inviting viewers to reflect on how human presence extends beyond the physical body, subtly filling the world around us. This idea of energetic expansion and merging with space unfolds through the minimalist delicacy of forms and lines.
Watercolor's fluid nature helps me capture a sense of ephemerality and lightness, emphasizing the elusive nature of emotions. Simplicity becomes my primary expressive tool, sharpening the metaphysical aspect of the work: concise lines and transparent layers of color convey the idea of humanity not only as part of the world but as an ongoing process of enriching it.
