This is the series “Black & white cinema .”
The portrait painted with two pigments, thanks to which there is a beautiful granulation, bright and expressive contrast.

In my painting, I use materials and tools of the highest quality, time-resistant.

Concept

In my artistic experiments I work with watercolor and oil, sometimes adding elements of pastel. In my works, I convey not just meanings, but prisms - those very optical distortions that belong to my eye and perception. This is a kind of dialogue of reality with my unconscious, with the imaginary.
Through subtle nuances of facial features, expressions of the eyes, and body movements, I weave narratives, directly touching the inner world of the portrait's subject.

A person's body, face and emotions are powerful tools for describing a person inside and out.
Human forms, gestures combined with looks and movements are an endless fruitful source of inspiration for me.

Does this art work need a frame?

In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.
