Description

The sultry heat of summer and the watermelon crunched, overflowing with its ripeness and juiciness. The life-giving watermelon juice filled the entire space. There is refreshing water in the decanter, designed to dilute at least a little rich fruit sweetness. And a thick bright red, inspiring action. Immersed in this atmosphere of fruit sweetness in the hot moments of summer, I created this watercolor painting.

Nature is the main source of my inspiration. Creating paintings, i dream of bringing harmony and beauty of nature into your home. Artworks are made in an ancient technique of wet watercolor, which traces its history back to ancient frescoes. Watercolor painting is done on a sheet of paper moistened on the reverse side and lying on a damp cloth.

I use only eco-friendly and renewable materials: 100% cotton watercolor paper and professional watercolor paints. It is painted on textured watercolor paper 300 gr / m2, cotton 100%, medium grain, acid free with professional watercolor paints. All used materials are eco-friendly. Please note that colors may vary minimally depending on your monitor. Signed on front. Unframed. Eco-friendly package.

Concept

Art is, in my opinion, the most peaceful and most transformative way to communicate on a human level. It reminds us of what is really important and has the ability to overcome any barriers in communication. Art for me is beauty, being in the present moment, unity with one's own essence.
I have always been attracted to the realistic tradition as a powerful method of visual communication. Sometimes my paintings start as a reaction to something that touched me in my surroundings, other times it starts with an idea or concept that goes through a series of sketches until it turns into a final picture. Watercolor has become my favorite technique as the personification of modernity in its mobility, speed, freedom and courage.
I see art as a process, a continuous search and introspection. I hope that some of my searches for meaning and beauty will resonate with the audience.

Does this art work need a frame?

In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
