I painted this casually on a scrap of canvas. I had no idea that I would spend so much time drawing and painting. I began painting cosmos flowers on a linen canvas as an "esquisse. I added a bird that feeds on the seeds of the flowers. I thought that the flower would not bear fruit on its own. If I thought of a savior that could change this reality, it would be the honeybee. This abstract painting looks like a combination of human and insect. They do not complain. Just grateful for the small creatures in nature. Material: size 25 x 30cm oil+acrylics, watercolors, Japanese face paint, hemp canvas, finish, varnish for screen protection (Holbein Satin Varnish) Watercolor on background size 36 x 46cm, Sirius watercolor paper
