Description

Another title for this painting is Winter wonderland. The soft prussian blue color for the background is a perfect match to the warm brown and yellow bird. Bright goldfinch is sitting on the branch and is looking at you with his brilliant eye. This bird is pretty smart and extremely cute; it's common in Ukraine and one of my favorite birds.

Materials: watercolors on 200 g watercolor paper.

Concept

Art is my passion. My second passion is nature. Relationships between nature and people inspire me to create my artworks - watercolor birds. I chose this medium to show how fragile the bird (and the nature) world is: sometimes bold, sometimes transparent, sometimes expressive. All these conditions I can express in art when words lose power. I also try to show the unique personality of each bird.

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
