A serious sparrow with a blue eye is different. First of all, because it's a Eurasian Tree Sparrow, which prefers a natural cavity for living. The best place to see it is - steppe and fields which are very important for their nests. The abstract background you can see in this painting is a wheat field. I added some interferent violet watercolors for the background which are shine unobtrusively. There are lots of invisible herbicides, which have an impact on this species population.
For the painting, I used professional watercolor paper Arches Torchon Rough, A4 size, and Van Goh's watercolors (regular tubes and interferent). Both of them ensure the durability of art.
