    Description

    This piece was inspired by the brilliant Japanese animator and director Hideaki Anno, creator of the amazing Neon Genesis Evangelion. A Japanese mecha anime television series produced by Gainax and animated by Tatsunoko.

    The color scheme is based off the one of the mechs in the series,Evangelion 01. The splash of red symbolizing its demise.

    The piece is crafted on 20 in by 16 in or 50.8 cm x 40.64 cm on Masters Touch Primed Premium Cotton Acid Free Canvas Paper. The piece is Unframed.

    The style is created in my Abstract Gestural Actionism technique (A.G.A) which I created,that gives the piece a feeling of depth and motion frozen in time.

    This piece, like all my other works except for commission of course is a 1 of 1 original.

    Concept

    My work explores the relationship between chaos and calulation. With influences as diverse as Wassily Kandinsky and Georges Mathieu, color harmonies are shaped from both nothingness and intellectual structures that borders the purposefully accidental.

    Ever since the inception of my art style in 2014, I have been enthralled by the unconventional understanding in raw fluidity gestural artwork and the abstract works of the masters . What started out as voyage with out orientation, in time turned into an obcession of experimenting with different mediums until the right process was discovered, leaving only a sense of exhilaration and the dawn of a new reality with no boundaries.

    As momentary realities become clarified through clear trial and error and perseverance, the observer is left with a tribute to the verges of our perception.

    Does this art work need a frame?

    In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.

    What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

    • If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.
    • If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
