Description

In this work, I have combined my exploration of similar forms and convergent evolution with inspiration from the incredible abilities that manifest in the struggle to survive. And I visualized it as a process of cognition through contemplation:
first, we see the object outline, then the object itself, and only then we the essence is revealed to us.

The work is done on high-quality paper in mixed media: watercolor, ink, pen, oil pastels.

Concept

A professional artist, who was born in Kazakhstan, but grew up and lives in Russia. In my artworks, I show how narratives influence the awareness of the form and essence of things and phenomena. How it subsequently interferes with a person's communication with other people and with the world around him. Through observation and intuition, I gain my experience, and through its analysis and reflection, I create a visualization.
I use paper as the most fragile base, applying layer-by-layer colorful materials of different nature to it.
This technique, in itself, already illustrates how different narratives are superimposed on our fragile consciousness layer by layer, how our perception becomes heavier and more clumsy from this.

Does this art work need a frame?

In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
