Description

Working on the picture, I managed to convey my worldview at that time. The picture is written expressively, in one breath and with a sense of free expression. The work is painted with a palette knife on canvas with oil paints. In the process of work, I saw associations with the water element, despite the fact that the colors were chosen to be more mundane. The painting is made in an abstract style, with bright accents of yellow, the color of sun glare.

Tamara Shyrai is a Ukrainian artist based in Greece.
Her painting is especially expressive in portraits. Academic education gives her that courage when, in the process of creativity, she turns her inner gaze to creating a unique image in a portrait, emotional content, bold movements, with the help of modern palette knives, rubbing paint, rubbing paint into a canvas, scratching, etc., with working with oil paints on canvas.
Also, with special love and inspiration, the artist works in watercolor technique on canvas or paper. And watercolor painting is her soul. She just wets the surface - and magic happens, at this wonderful moment the artist intuitively picks up paint on a brush, and an unusual color scheme is achieved.
