Pastos oil painting on canvas, varnished.
In early spring in Greece, callas bloom in the forest and it's impressive. Trees are blooming, blades of grass large and small, flowers and the general mood of the awakening of nature. At this time, with such a mood, I began my work in the studio, from nature. Fragrant grapefruits and white drapery were added to the composition.

Tamara Shyrai is a Ukrainian artist based in Greece.
Her painting is especially expressive in portraits. Academic education gives her that courage when, in the process of creativity, she turns her inner gaze to creating a unique image in a portrait, emotional content, bold movements, with the help of modern palette knives, rubbing paint, rubbing paint into a canvas, scratching, etc., with working with oil paints on canvas.
Also, with special love and inspiration, the artist works in watercolor technique on canvas or paper. And watercolor painting is her soul. She just wets the surface - and magic happens, at this wonderful moment the artist intuitively picks up paint on a brush, and an unusual color scheme is achieved.
The artist's studio also has a collection of works from the period of multiple studies performed from nature.
