The artwork depicts a sunset over the city of Kyiv (Ukraine), pictured from one of the bridges. The painting of great size shows the views of the Right bank of the Dnipro river with recognizable famous landmarks of the motherland monument, flagpole and Kyiv-Pecherska Lavra. But the star of the painting is the beautiful multicoloured sky and the waters of the river which reflect the yellows, purples and blues of the sky.
