Just as every day is different, every sunset is unique. That evening the sunset was changeable, the clouds moving quickly across the sky. Some clouds were dark, while others were illuminated by the setting sun. It was a warm evening on the last day of August. Last day of summer. I wrote an etude.
Original oil painting was painted with high quality oil paints on canvas and was varnished. The basis of the painting is a canvas without a stretcher.
