When I traveled in Germany, I saw wide, flat and yellow wheat fields. It was just like the image of the landscape as European countryside I used to have. might have been influenced by Van Gogh's pictures.
The shape of the clouds in this picture are influenced by Ukiyoe, which is traditional Japanese print art because I like Japanese perspective technique.
The painting materials I mostly uses are oil and pastel.
So, I make ground of my oil paintings, oil, and paint because colors become more vivid.
