Description

The peony is significant both historically and mythologically and thus is tied to many different meanings and symbols. Common peony meanings include romance, prosperity, good fortune, a happy marriage, riches, honor, and compassion — but peonies can also mean bashfulness.

Peonies are one of my favorite flowers! In my opinion, Peony is the King of all other flowers! In my painting, I tried to convey the beauty of delicate pink, almost white Peonies!

Each work is individual and at the same time carries one common message - love. Love for nature, for animals, for flowers, for people, for life!

My love is oil painting and my special passion is portraits! I get an extraordinary pleasure painting portraits and figures! EVERY face is a unique story for me! The manifestation of character and a lively look from an incomprehensible spot of paint on a canvas is always something magical for me! The most important thing for me is to convey emotions, mood, and certain massage through a painting! To tell a viewer a person's story!
