This artwork was born on the brightest, warmest emotions and memories. This red-haired, freckled girl with perky ponytails is the personification of a cheerful, light, and carefree childhood! The time, when we loved to collect ladybugs and then let them go, making a wish. The time, when we picked cherries straight from the trees, pretended they were our earings, and then ate them with great appetite! The time, when over the summer the hair burned out and freckles appeared on our faces! The time, when everything around us, carefree, happy, free children, was in turquoise-pink colors!
This is what I wanted to convey through my artwork! And I hope that I did it!
