A series of paintings "Signs" are signs, a sign of some phenomena or objects, with the presence of which further events are expected. Signs provide a connection between two events, when one of them occurs as a fact, and the other - as a consequence. Some signs do not have a real basis for predicting events on them, but at the same time a significant part of the signs has to some extent a real basis.
Signs in paintings have a dual nature on the one hand, signs are material that have a plan of expression, on the other - are carriers of intangible meaning have a plan of content. The main properties of the sign in the paintings are the property of informativeness, the signs carry semantic information about the denoted object and the property of perceptiveness.
