For 4 hours we tumbled along the “road” upstairs, crushed the mud and got stuck in the ruts broken by trucks. We admired the slender September yellowing birches on the hills.
We shied away from the gnarled branches of the century-old cedars of the mountains. We risked throwing phones and ourselves out of the body of the jeep that was carrying us, filming the seething rivers and streams under its meter-long wheels. For another 2 hours, we discharged our phones and admired by the views opening with every foot step - from one lake to another. We clung to the roots of trees emerging from the ground, we stumbled over them. We washed our faces and drank from the waterfall.
⠀
⠀⠀ And here we are. On the mountain. Below us we can see the Karakol lakes - blue, green, emerald ...
⠀
⠀⠀The work was painted under the impression of this trip. Bright sky, warm aroma of mountain herbs and needles, wind ruffles hair and drowns out voices, freedom!
