I was inspired to create this still life by purple tulips that I saw in my florist friend's shop. I often come to her to compose and photograph bouquets myself, which I will then draw. I often transform the photographed bouquets in my imagination into other bouquets and it often turns out that the flowers I draw do not exist in nature or are greatly modified.
