Viktoriya Filipchenko has always been fascinated by interesting shapes of objects, color, light, and the play of shadows. Studying biology at the university gives its advantages in understanding the reflection of the forms of nature. She finds her inspiration in nature and sky, the movement of water, its depth, and its properties. Also, the versatility of the stones washed by this water. Artist studies natural phenomena in their various manifestations, the laws of physics, the refraction of light. The main idea of her art is to create harmony and pacification among those who contemplate her Art.
Living in Italy, surrounded by beautiful landscape with its hills, gorgeous valleys, mountains, and the majestic sea that can be so different depending on the weather, from placid to turbulent, it was impossible not to fall in love with this beauty. It became a necessity for Viktoriya to transfer mher impressions to the canvas on a physical level.
She improves in her technique, but she is also open to new experiments.
