"Night City"

I was inspired to create this picture by my walk through Moscow at night, one of the warm may evenings. Around reigned a special atmosphere of romance of the night city. The bright light of the full moon against the background of glowing starts, the alluring glow of neon rays and couples strolling slowly along the Moskvoretskaya embankment, where the lilac bloomed everywhere in a circle and the air smelled of spring. All these subjects caused me an irresistible desire to capture this on my canvas and convey what i saw. At such moments, each of us dreams of pirsonal happiness and looks forward to the future with hope, and this is especially pronounced in the spring, whtn all nature comes to life and transforms. We are like lotuses, opening the petals of our soul to meet the long-awaited light and reaching out to meet the desired happiness.
