Description

This is a small mixed media work on canvas panel.

I have long wanted to portray a dance. I adore ballet, the sounds of classical music, the riddle of ballet. And the full moon is just as mysterious to me.

All of my paintings are professionally packaged .

This is my personal project, a series of paintings "Simple Objects ". This project is the manifesto of everything that is imperfect and real. I am not a perfectionist , I find beauty in any messy, undone things that can tell a story. I praise people and things with flaws because flaws make us truly who we are.
Also, this series is a celebration of simple things that surround us, perhaps even those that we do not necessarily notice.
Simple things and fruits from our daily life often carry hidden meanings, memories, symbols, associations.

Concept

Tatyana Pchelnikova is a self-taught mixed media artist based in Kiev, Ukraine. She is a full time artist since 2016
Her message - Time is not infinite, it is cyclical. Get inspired by the life and art of previous generations. Use the messages that have been passed down to us through the centuries to make our lives meaningful and happy.

She create unique oil-acrylic paintings in her own mixed- media technique.
In most of her work, you can find a symbolic context (in colors, shapes, composition, etc.). Even in a seemingly simple painting, such as a flower or a tree, there is a whole story or message hidden in the depths.
She explore in her painting the connection between times, the connection between generations. Magically attracts me to the "Silver Age", the so-called art nouveau. Renaissance, drawings by old masters transmit their secrets through time.
Symbols hidden in each subject of the composition of the picture awaken the imagination.
Why today can the art and architecture of past centuries speak to us in such a sensual language? Why are they so clear to us and touch the strings of the soul?
Her art inspired by nature and mystic history .

Does this art work need a frame?

In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
